The facts of life on this planet.

Its that time of the day for a little good news

1,343,090 (96%) with COVID19
in Mild Condition, worldwide

We sometimes forget that there are nearly 8 billion of us living on this planet. Those numbers above pale into insignificance.

Especially when you realise that have been 3,750,798 Communicable disease deaths this year with 18,846Communicable disease deaths today

And this is a sobering thought, in the four months of this year there have been 2,196,625 deaths of children under 5 this year with 11,185Deaths of children under 5 today at the time of writing.

And if that was not enough to ponder how life is good to be shut up in our homes there have also been 140,566 seasonal flu deaths in the first four months of the year with 721Seasonal flu deaths today. Quick facts:
Every year an estimated 290,000 to 650,000 people die in the world due to complications from seasonal influenza (flu) viruses.
This figure corresponds to 795 to 1,781 deaths per day due to the seasonal flu.

What is life without a little controversy in it? Quite boring and sterile would be my answer.
